National Minimum Wage Compliance
Ferguson Recruitment are committed to being one of the most ethically and legally compliant employment business in the UK.
We recognise the importance of monitoring process management and ensuring compliance procedures are followed at all times.
We operate in line with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (the Conduct Regulations) which are in place to regulate processes and operations within the recruitment industry.
Our compliance team is well versed in the government legislation surrounding NMW, NLW and worker protection as a whole, and make it their priority to ensure our business and it’s staff are kept up to date with any changes.
Auto-Enrolment
Auto Enrolment is the automatic process of employees and agency workers being included in a pension scheme.
Auto Enrolment was introduced in 2012 for larger companies, but is now applicable to all companies, regardless of size. We work closely with our clients to help them understand how this will affect them.
Ferguson Recruitment has a process in place to ensure all our temporary workers are automatically enrolled in our pension scheme.
Any questions about Auto Enrolment? Contact our team who will be able to help!
AWR (Agency Worker Regulations)
The Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) were introduced in October 2011 to regulate Agency Workers and their employers.
The AWR ensures temporary workers have equal rights to pay, holiday entitlement, and working conditions once they have completed 12 weeks work.
We aim to help our clients to fully understand AWR and ensure that clients are aware of how it can affect them and to ensure they are fully compliant with the requirements.
Any questions about the AWR or want to know how it affects you? Contact our team who will be able to help you!
